All products sold on this website are described accurately to the best of our knowledge. Product appearance may vary slightly depending on availability. This includes but is not limited to roll-on vessel cap colors (gold or black) for GETHSEMANE Anointing Oil. The quality and contents of all products remain consistent regardless of any variation in appearance. Apparel sizing may vary by manufacturer. Please refer to the product description before purchasing.
3. GETHSEMANE ANOINTING OIL — SPIRITUAL USE DISCLAIMER
GETHSEMANE Anointing Oil is intended for spiritual, religious, and ceremonial use only. This product has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual skin sensitivities vary. Perform a patch test on the inner wrist before first use. Discontinue use immediately if redness, irritation, or allergic reaction occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. Not for internal use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. MariAnn's Cross is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to perform a patch test prior to use. 4. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
GETHSEMANE Anointing Oil: Due to the handcrafted and consecrated nature of GETHSEMANE Anointing Oil, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@mariannscross.com with a photo of the damaged item and we will make it right.
Books: Books are sold as-is. Autographed copies are non-returnable. If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@mariannscross.com with a photo and we will resolve it promptly.
Apparel: Apparel items are printed and fulfilled on demand through a third-party print provider (Printful). We do not stock or ship apparel directly. Returns and exchanges on apparel are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your apparel item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at connect@mariannscross.com with a photo and we will file a claim with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
5. SHIPPING
GETHSEMANE Anointing Oil & Books: MariAnn's Cross ships via USPS Ground Advantage. Flat rate shipping of $6.99 applies to all orders within the United States. Local pickup is available in Montgomery, Alabama by appointment. MariAnn's Cross is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Apparel: Apparel orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner (Printful). Shipping rates and delivery times for apparel are calculated at checkout based on your location. MariAnn's Cross is not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partner or carrier.

By completing a purchase you agree to the applicable terms of these third-party providers. MariAnn's Cross is not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party service providers.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MariAnn's Cross shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
